Carlo’s Bakeshop introduces new cake flavors

Carlo’s Bakeshop, one of Iloilo City’s premier bakeshops since 1987, has come up with their newest batch of cakes baked with all the goodness you love!

Paolo, one of Congressman Trenas’ sons who is now helping manage the business, invited some of Iloilo’s bloggers and writers yesterday, July 9, for an afternoon of taste testing as well as good conversations and laughter! It was a privilege for us to have tried their newest flavors namely, Yema, Honey, and Black Velvet, before they officially release these to the public.

Yema, a Filipino favorite flavor that’s made out of condensed milk and egg yolks has been utilized in many variations of dessert, especially cake.

Black Velvet Cake is a must for chocolate lovers out there.
